For orders over 80 €, the mission is free.

For orders less than 80 €, the charge is as follows:

Agrinio – 4 €
Mainland Greece – 5 €
Island Greece – 7 €

Delivery days are Monday to Friday (in some areas courier deliver and Saturday)

Change / Replace Product

Any changes may occur, have a customer’s charge, and the cost of transport in change (to and from the customer) amounts to the amount of EUR 10, which are charged when replicating the product of change, with its method Cash.

For defective or broken products, replacement is free with the following procedure: The customer who wants a product change will contact us to ensure that it is availability in stock. Then you will send us the product (with a recipient charge), packed and always accompanied by the proof of purchase and we, as soon as we receive it, we will send you the new product without any charge.

In the event that the corresponding product is not available, another product is selected or if the customer wishes, a refund (see next paragraph)

Return product

According to the Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. The product return is accepted only and if the product is in its original state. In any case, return costs are borne by the customer.

In the event of a refund, you will become a refund of your money within 10 days of receiving the product from our company if the product is unused and accompanied by retail proof.

In this case, the amount of money relating to the value of the goods is refunded and not potential transport costs, cash on delivery or banking.
